Pause & Purpose Meditation Studio | 21 Jusup Rd, Westport, CT
Join us for a Corporate Wellness Workshop on Visualization for Growth with Pause & Purpose Meditation Studio in Westport. Unwind with a serene sound bath meditation, mindfulness practices, and a wine and cheese spread.
Please note the first section of the event will be seated. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring a blanket or cushion to make yourself more comfortable. We also recommend all attendees bring a pen, a journal, and a water bottle.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to The Rowan Center in Stamford, a sexual assault resource agency. You can learn more about them on their website here.
